The flash software has all the features that players are accustomed to seeing at competing online poker software suppliers as well as many unique features currently only available with our software. Some of our unique features are: poker leagues, full screen game view and vector graphics.
We chose Adobe Flash Player as the platform to build our gaming client as it is very simple for a poker player to use. With flash, the poker player does not need to install any software on their computer and the software will work on Windows, Macintosh (Mac) and Linux. Because the player does not need to install any software, they can play at any computer (internet cafes, school, work, friends house, etc.) and start playing immediately after signing up for a player account or logging into their existing account.
For our game graphics we used an uncluttered simple design and colors that are easy to look at for long periods of time. We also chose to use vector graphics as they look the same at any display size, this is important so players can use any monitor display size setting and it will look the same.
Our flash gaming client has the functionality to resize, therefore the player can play full screen or up to 4 game windows within the display of their monitor to play multiple games at the same time.
Our software has been designed to scale to allow an infinite amount of players to play at the same time.
We use a very advanced shuffling algorithm based on seed value that is completely unpredictable by an end user. We cut and shuffle our cards between at least 10 times to ensure it is fully randomized. We only start with a new deck the first time the table is dealt and then reshuffle the same deck in subsequent rounds to further prevent any guessing of deck ordering. Our seed is a 64-bit number ensuring all 4 billion possible deck combinations and we also use values from the server's system resources, the system clock, and the hand number to ensure a purely random seed for each shuffle.
